Synopsis: Today we begin a sermon series on the Jesus’ Parables. Parables are simple stories that Jesus uses to illustrate a spiritual lesson.
Jesus’ first two parables are the parable of the new and old cloth and the parable of the wine skins. Both have to do with how Jesus’ teachings will not fit with old religious practices and customs. We’ll explore these two parables this week and others over the next several weeks.
